How much for Jerrys parking sign? Will $2 get it?
It's a nice piece of property which will go cheap if they can sell it at all. Oil prices drives the majority of businesses here and will be unlikely to have any substantial offers. On the other hand - would be a great facility for a non-oil related company at a bargain price.
Can I buy Jerry's cubicle?
