The guy is a self serving douchebag. It only took me a week after he started to know that. I saw the way he treated Steve. I left 4months llater. All of the money they were paying me wasn't worth it.

Since this cabal of job cutting, blaming assigning, VP hiring imbeciles took over they brutalized older employees into quitting, fired others outright, and the have taken employee salary and benefits. Morale have never been lower and results have never been poorer. Pay attention to the man behind the curtain! His actions speak much more truthfully than his words. In short, he's a bad man.

It is called Job preservation. If he doesn't blame the previous employees he would be gone. GT made one huge mistake. He eliminated all experienced employees quickly. He should have waited and done it over years......he would still be making bank.
