Thread regarding Target Corp. layoffs

Seriously, are we in grade school in TTS?

If my review score is going to be based on the number of stickers on my laptop I'm screwed. Can we please grow up and be adults here. The people running devops must have felt inadequate in some way growing up and are now compensating for it.

If you think Agile is the cause OR solution to what plagues TTS, you probably shouldn't be in IT.

Giving out stickers is grade school idiot, we are adults.

TTS is so f'up right now because of insistence on agile that it will never be fixed. Note to Brian: Might as well outsource it all at this point.

I'll certainly agree that it should have never been broken to begin with but that's what happens when you put an incompetent non-technical finance "leader" in charge of a large IT org for multiple years. Now that we have a real CIO who knows his $h1t we can start to fix what's broken, which is pretty much everything. We'd love for you to join us and help out - we could certainly use it! Otherwise, feel free to continue with your endless coffee statuses, planning meetings, touchbases, and change requests. I'm not going to lose much sleep when you get laid off in the future for being obsolete because you refused to learn anything new.

LMAO.... yes you are right at that.... 'attempting' to fix. Allow me to clarify: unable to fix things that should never have been broken to begin with.

At least we're attempting to fix things and make them work better so that everyone involved has a better experience. You should try it sometime.
