I wish management at this plant knew what it's like to get up EVERY day and go to work wondering if today is the day I lose my job. I'm not sure how long I can take this. For crying out loud TELL US SOMETHING!

Good people making hard decisions. Don't hate the players, hate the game. If you can't take the stress, look for a game (employer) with less to offer and less to lose. But most important, ,,,do not burn the bridge.
Your last day is tomorrow. Now stop worrying.
SAFETY STAND DOWN THURSDAY. YOU WILL FIND OUT EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW. YOUR SAFE!! LAY OFFS ARE OVER!!!! GO BUY CARS AND HOUSES!!!! OH DON'T FORGET FORKLIFTS AND CRANES BLAH BLAH BLAH
Maybe you should just be proactive about it and find another job, then you wouldn't have to stress about wondering when your last day might be. There is alot of places to work besides Schlumberger.
Stop stressing about it. This website gets posts from your location and the Smith Ponca one constantly, so Im sure there are lots of rumors. Work hard, save extra money, and control what you can. The decision isnt in any of our hands and worrying about it constantly wont bring you any good.
Makes two of us. sleepless nights, talking in my sleep about work, coming home in a bad mood. Everyone is also uptight and upset on the shop floor. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE BEFORE SOMEONE SNAPS!
