They spent a million dollars on salesforce and it will cost another million to get it to work. as soon as it is running they are clsoing the albany office and cutting service and finance. bill's new job is to cut serviice to save money they are letting people go every month with no warning

Albany office had it's warehouse emptied of Avaya products. Only warehouse items stocked is the Adirondack Cabling side. Albany office already lost 3 Techs due to layoffs.
This guy isn't wrong. They are beginning to cut financial services white just "took" a new position to help increase renewals and is no longer in the finance department.
I doubt they will close the Albany office because it is also a warehouse. However they have closed alot of offices the past few years because lets face it almost everyone can work from home. Not to sure about service cuts if anything they need to get rid of the non technical level 1 folks and replace them with lower level technical people.
