When GE takes over bee have to make sure Rachel is safe. I can hide her in my closet. ;)
Manchester should be afraid now the plant manager is in the states now can't see her coming back with good news.
Manchester management and culture was f'd up before the move, why would anyone think that moving into a new facility and spending nearly 50 million would fix that. If GE or any acquirer comes in, Manchester should be very afraid.
Manchester plant is drowning in bullshit and no value middle management.
Anyone any news about Manchester UK plant fingers crossed its scaled back or closed the place is a nightmare
GE is smarter than that folks, why would they want to buy NOV's mess?? they can wait for the fire sale and buy the products up for pennies on the dollar. What the wont expect is the fact that the vast majority of the NOV product lines can not be built with the prints that NOV puts out
Absolute rubbish
NOV is run on bullshit..and kickbacks...incompetent management....
Did have some visitors this morning and managers were saying they are potential buyers.
,FMC is more suitable for GE, fits better into the portfolio. NOV needs to be cleaned up seriously, splitted, divisions closed or resold to Chinese. The remainings of NOV will be more suitable for GE.
It will happen and a lot top boss n plant closed n move !! It got worse than you think!!
I'll believe it when it happens.
This time it's not a rumor. It is going to happen. GE has $100B cash on hand to spend. They may also make a play for FMC. Announcement will come before the end of Q1. The reason it has not happened yet is NOV is taking too long to clean house and get rid of certain level / layers of exec mgmt. GE is tired of waiting and is going to do it for them.
