Over a 1000 years of knowledge gone...

Wow. Let's look at all the knowledge recently departed only to keep those with little knowledge of the business and are still trying to get an understanding of it.

Anyone at Follett should NEVER believe these words from Follett leadership "Trust me". The lying and back stabbing that started three years ago continues today. If you weren't impacted by the moves yesterday, you will be.

Trust me, these layoffs are not retaliation for your opinion on some stupid survey.

Think of the savings for Follett....they did not have to pay out any accrued vacation since they mandated the reduction to 80 in December. Coincidence....probably not.

Follett values were nothing but a slogan when your colleagues were driven out 2 years ago, too. Follett is a terrible place to work. Period.

Let me get this straight. You spent hundreds of thousands on a survey of employees only to turn and layoff 10% of your workforce before the results are even announced. I knew that I should not have been honest in the survey and that my responses would be traced back to me. Where is the intergrity at this company? Follett values are nothing but a slogan.
