It is much better and decent reducing work hours with less pay under this environment. Don't overtime and furlough your valuable employees. That's immoral and disgusting and hurt the BIG BLUE reputations. don't understand why SLB management can't figure this out earlier.

Ardmore CHPC nonexempt employees had a 20%+ pay cut, reduced hours to 32 rather than 40+

It is 8%, basically you will be asked to take one week off with out pay each Q. This already happened at CHPC Ardmore office in Houston.
