Will Grace finally been found out, not sure if paid off but if you know him and how useless he is and how clever Shitberger HR behave he is probably getting a rise. I hope all the best for you all i left these bandits just under a year ago by choice but knew the axe was being sharpened. Currently work for a delivery firm. Money is not everything
The way SLB seem to treat Mi Swaco, is if you are not original SLB you are gone. No HR meetings to pay off no nothing 25years of Mi Swaco service and entitled to $4500 as signed a SLB contract in July which i was told if i did not sign i would be sack for gross misconduct. Lawyers are now on the case with at least 2 people. Hopefully everyone else behaves the same way, get SLB on their knees.

How was employees treated during the dismissal process. What kind of process is being used?
A big part is based on if you are liked by the Sweco Mafia. If your liked you stay if not your expendable regardless of your talents or seniority. To be fair some have been employees that expressed interest in taking a severance package.
