This is a retirement company.
If you are young, look at other options because the skills you learn here will not impress In securing next employment. The pay and employment skill set is not impressive compared to other competitors.
This company is the last stop shop before retirement with many loopholes to eliminate you. If you are late to work you are fired on the spot but I see many people (HR included) late on more than one occasion and managers from all areas will aid one another with excuses with sweeping the incidents under the rug (The only teamwork present).
