CHANGE is not always bad and if you want to get to the next level listens to your employees. We have to many cost savings at Wix to be in the shape we are in. We have to many extra people at our plant not to hire TEMPS. To many people in MANAGEMENT and they are not business incline. We have a lot of seasoned workers. Need a MAKE OVER!
