Executive management is not qualified for their respective positions. They lack mentoring in preparation for their assignments and experience in other companies which is evident in their lack of vision and immaturity in execution. They reward attendance over performance. There is zero flexibility for working parents. They chose the cheapest options to the detriment of working effectively (IT systems are out-of-date and poorly supported). Being in Gastonia is a difficult area to attract and retain talent. HR and IT are not held accountable for their lack of results.
