This is what kills me!!! Transparency as a core value but absolutely no communication or transparency from upper level management. Cancel the townhall because you need to "work on the capital budget for 2016" but no date when it is to be rescheduled. Delay compensation statements and only pass the word out to those with direct reports. Leave everyone else hanging, that really boosts morale!!
