Transparency as a core value but absolutely no communication or transparency from upper level management. Cancel the town-hall because you need to "work on the capital budget for 2016" but no date when it is to be rescheduled. Delay compensation statements and only pass the word out to those with direct reports. Leave everyone else hanging, that really boosts morale!!

Why quit when I can ride this gravy train into the ground, make more money than you borderline retards, get a severance package in the process, and land a job within a week of getting cut loose!! It must suck to be overpaid in the only industry that will pay you what they do and have no hope of something other than fast food if you get canned!!
