A high personal price of a soul. Would be great 20 years ago.
The company is full of people waiting to retire. The attitude of the high ups is positives but those in middle management want to do nothing but lay in cruse control as much as possible. Good ideas are shot down fast, young folks are pressured to keep quiet and not make rifts, and the learning atmosphere is non-existent. Special treatment is bountiful. Temps are abused heavily and hope of becoming full-time is non-existent. Just because they are serving an aging crowd does not mean they can live there forever in their ways. Most of the people will retire in 10 years and take a good majority of the foundation of the company with them. Keith Wilson needs to seriously clean house of his upper-mid management and replace them with fresh talent outside.
