Awarding stock is good for employees it saves the company CASH the commodity that is needed most. Shareholders don't lose, they should want execs to have motivation to bring the share price up. Good move.

Stock options awarded to DL and others are under. They are going to have work extremely hard in this oil/gas environment. No matter how it looks, numbers don't lie. Debt vs. Cash Flow/Assets.
as long as it is one-ply. Good Charmin is worth more than CHK stock. Pretty sure I saw a creek-side cashier with a one-bazillion share stock award.
CHK Stock Certificates? They might as well hand out sheets of toilet paper.
