Dude....you really don't get it.....that has been the environment off CHK for a long long time....I worked there for 8 years under the likes of Ronnie Ward, Gary Dunlop, Joe Vaughn, Steve Dixon.....and many other pompous assholes.
Aubrey himself from the top down encouraged the shit hole environment publicly calling out employees who made unintended grammatical errors in emails that literally amounted to nothing harmful.
People did not work as teams....they used each other to climb over each other to a higher position on the ladder.
Aubrey and his mgt buddies hired the cute lean young blondes so they could look at all the hot babes....know this for a fact....knew a bimbette that got a job while she was working as a wait person at Flips....a local hangout of Aubreys little henchmen mgt crew...
I was and is the most screwed up self serving ego maniac environment dominated by the 20 and 30 somethings demanding instant entitlement for doing very little and paying very very little dues...

I was! I was pumping oil as fast as I could! The thing is, every gallon I pumped, we lost money. So the faster I worked, the more we lost. So my screwing around on this website is actually increasing shareholder value.

Shouldn't you be working and not on this web-site? I'm an investor and to read the filth and mean comments from many is disturbing. Employees should be supportive and moving this company forward, making money. If you are not in support, then move on.
