I haven't heard anything, but, with them anything is possible. TBH their pricing on print isn't much more competitive than a local print shop, Staples farms just about everything out anyway. It's totally within the realm of possibility though as an effort to get an OK out the FTC for the merger. But, that won't happen as the FTC was more concerned about Staples Advantage.
