After 1/29 contractor reduction, it looks like TTS sourcing is launching a reverse auction process to beat down the price by terming it preferred supplier pool. Isn't that ironical? Why would TTS even want to engage contractors anymore with no big development work being planned anyway? Why would contractors reduce their price when they know there is no big work and TTS is in-sourcing anyway. Finally, for the low price, we will get a pool of incompetent contractors (for the low price) augmenting an already incompetent TTS staff. It is better to sell Target to Amazon instead.

7tla, I get it....TTS absolutely sucks. I've never worked for a worse organization. I'm trapped here for a variety of reasons. Sorry, you have to live with the crap we've delivered.

If my job was to just read all the bullsht articles and commentary the Agile coaches and other dojo dumba*es post on insidetgt I would have a full time job. They must get paid per post or something. Please stop and do some real work at Target. BN and AA are the worst and thus the most worthless.
Hey FMHQWy7-1yzh, the minions just want to work. We need leadership to set direction so we can work on meaningful projects. This constant transformation is hurting us all.

McNamara must be scratching his head wondering how he wound up with such an inept leadership team - top to bottom. He better start hiring experienced leaders from outside Target fast and ditch internal leaders faster than he currently is. His entire $1B+ in TTS expenses this year will be flushed down the toilet. The minions are getting restless and will soon bail if he can't get the leadership issue squared away fast. He would be better off with an open leadership position than leaving the incompetent leaders in place much longer.
EDABI is in the same situation. But we were promised by Valli Bollavaram in our big team meeting last week that there will be no RIF's!! Which only means the will give us bad reviews and force those of us out that have been in our jobs the longest with no intent of giving severance packages any more.
