I've watched the last 6 years decline in our culture at Cameron. Can honestly say useless no experience no judgement GRDPs that have been promoted into middle and upper management have ruined this division. ITO, Product Development, Product Managent, Marketing have all been utter failures in V&M by being led by two former GRDPs........what a shame.

I understand the resentment that some may have against GRDPs. As a recent GRDP graduate I too do not like some of the graduates who were placed in important roles and or are simply lazy and do not fit into Cameron.
Some of them have been let go of and even the one's that are remaining will be out if they do not perform in their roles. With this being said, its not fair to blame all GRDPs.
Some of us do care, are humble, and work are ass off for Cameron and our teams.
At the end of the day the cancer within the organization stems not just from HR and the GRDP program but also among executives. SLB will clean that up for sure but its very sad to think Cameron could have succeeded if it wasn't for the nepotism within the organization.
Plus we've had a terrible CEO who was too busy putting United Way down everyone's throats but I digress...
Couldn't have said it better....I have seen this first hand in drilling. Let's hire these kids that have no idea what the hell they're doing to come manage a team of people that know every square inch of the game
