Great observation.. Only way to solve this is to have a caste and ethnicity based reservation system.. It should not be based on skillset and merit..

Absolutely Right. All Escalation Engineers are Mallu's. Backlines are Mallu's. Managers and Directors are Mallu's and Tamilians...
