Varco is died! But we all need to look to the future, it's no big news that the downturn was going to hit us. But we all wanted to ignore it and hope for the best. What irritates me now is the people left in Orange don't give a shit about the situation. I see people hanging around bull shitting for hours only when the leads walk around they start to turn a wrench. It gets worse in the office, just passing through all the empty offices and cubes. It's sad! I understand the morale is down, but don't think your job is safe.

hey folks VARCO died years ago. when benny sold out. not that I blame him. I would of done the same. I've said this many times, when they cut Charlie's power. every one knew who to go to get things done. that was CHARLIE. you're new management people have no clue what's going on. why do I say this ? simple, sitting in a office doesn't get any thing done. sending e mails fixes nothing. this division needs people that are on the shop floor. they need to know the people that work for them. not just walk by and say hi ! that's what Owen has been doing for years ! don't work folks ! this div. needs to back up about 20 years and get some kick ass supervisors that have run the machines they are in charge of. in my day, supervisors were blue shirts. they came up from the floor. they knew the jobs, knew how to set the jobs up and would help out when you had a problem. this is GONE.
