Got mine today. They had until the 31st which was a Sunday and mail isn't deliverable. I'm guessing it's NOT Intel at fault but the USPS and/or your mail carrier. USPS has them, you're at their mercy to get them delivered on time.
Thanks guys. I probably receive mine tomorrow then. Intel is always late even with W2.

I don't recall (I toss all my tax mail into a pile and haven't looked yet). However, it's available to you on Circuit. Search for My W-2 and it'll pop right up. You'll also see My W-2 Breakdown which helps you figure out your taxes when it comes to your stock.
