Some of the middle managers are competent, its their leadership that sucks. Their CFO is the biggest buffoon I have ever heard of, all he does is throw out buzzwords and a bunch of corpororate political BS...I am sure he isn't bringing anything to the table during the difficult times currently being experienced.

Too many worthless managers and team leads in IT. There's no more breakthrough thinking sessions, so what are they doing?
Correction $124 billion in debt
Noble has serous issues to be sure but it is nowhere near as messed up as Petrobras. Petrobras has had no free cash flow for over 10 years and $24 billion in debt. They will most likely be bailed out by the Brasilian govt.
maybe Noble will get the message:
Petrobras cuts managers to save $440 million a year

the post was probably just wishful thinking. But, as someone else pointed out, there are way too many advisors, managers, senior managers, and directors -- especially in finance analysts.
It is time to clear the dead wood in Houston as well. Has anyone asked what these worthless middle managers did in the past 2-3?
Not true
It's about time! There are are more hangeroners just hoping and praying they can make it to retirement. Especially in Denver Land. These people really don't do anything but collect a substantial paycheck. They don't work. It's a joke. Time to clear out the dead wood in Denver.
There aren't that many people for middle managers to manage anymore, especially in the satellite offices. It is embarrassing the number of managers, team leads, and "advisors" left who have nothing to do but busywork.
What !?
Funny, it's why the stock keeps going up?
