Transformation = Layoffs. Anyone else agree?

When BC stated he doesn't want people to think of layoffs when they hear transformation, it says it all. Transformation = slicing, dicing, and not moving this company forward. Just sit back, don't make any real decisions, and let consulting firms make the big decisions. Aka the Gregg approach. That worked out well, right?
Just be more "agile" and you'll be fine! J/k :)
