The share price is dropping faster than a comet and internally we have had zero info about recent events. Oh and Sanjay Poonen is celebrating $1.2 billion with his friends in Palo Alto and even has the t-shirt.
After 6 years at VMware I am thinking I should move on.
Even with my very limited internal view of the company, I can see that most of these changes were necessary - I'm sure they all were in some way.
This has nothing to do with Dell.
They playing with people's heads for month now. People who left didn't get replaced since Q3 even contractors which means only one thing... They Hope employees in some teams give up before they have to pay them a package. It's very close to mobbing from the "Leadership" clowns.
Yeah, i don't think this ship is going to see better days. I would expect the price to keep getting lower, and many, many more layoffs after the Dell thing finishes.
