Too much outsourcing!! the ppl with the domain knowledge are Indians contractors! they can hold Shell hostage if they wanted to. They are laying off employees and retaining contractors that don't know what the heck is going on. ...way to go Management! If Shell fails, I'll come in and clean the house!. I would first get rid of most of JG3-2 managers that are clocking time, waiting for their 80 points, rehire many of the laid-off talent. Shell is too 'europe' heavy.
