They are going to shut down all operations in India as it puts them in direct violation of new regulations related to National Security. There are currently discussions at the highest level around the possibility of moving their corporate headquarters to a more neutral country such as Costa Rica or the Philippines. The next RIF may involve most of Palo Alto.
