Is he going to lay out 2016 plans, talk about reorganizations, layoffs. All of the above or nome of t he above and just punt like most cowardly leaders in his position?

I think McNamara got the message from BC not to care about BTS results, just focus on system stability and help with Instocks....team be damned. He now realizes this is a short term gig and he just needs to focus on increasing the value if his stock options.
Thank goodness all of the engineering managers and group managers know how to code. Once we cut loose all the contractors this week the managers will be busy doing all that work.
I'm sure MM will remind the team they we are in this for the long haul and please be patient. F that, I'm tired of this BS leadership team.
