he got offer for clinical assessment group. My brother is in international visa and if there is any layoff in future he might have to travel back to our country.

Clinical Assessment is one of the few growing areas and will be unaffected...at least that's what we we've been told!
From what I've heard Clinical Assessment is one of the few growth areas and will be unaffected...but being back in your home country may put him one step ahead of his job anyway!
