New engineers - be aware that you are not a gift to Cameron. Likely you'll be the first ones out due to the lack of product orders we've seen in the last year or even the foreseeable future. Don't imagine that you are immune to the dramatic layoffs we'll experience in the coming year and years. Save as much as you can to prepare for that day coming. Best to you all..
