Layoffs took place two weeks ago, nobody reported it - over 20 people were let go (that's all what I know, may be more than 20, my girlfriend was laid off)

It was a lot more than 20.....more like 300 the middle of January and now I hear they laid off 2000, yes, that's TWO THOUSAND from their call centers in Texas, AZ and Nevada.
