Uhhh FTL region team leaders are horrible
You can be the worst STL and still keep your job or get moved from exposure as long as you know how to get low on your knees.
Last few stls have the origin out of Jacksonville and this shows you who is making the calls, unfortunately.
The people who needs to go are at the regional office. Excessive misguided fat right there, cut most of it and improve efficiency.
hlq- The interviews are always fake, they're just a circlejerk, in order to say that "we held interviews". They always know beforehand exactly who's getting the job, but they prefer to waste countless hours sitting around eating on the company dime. This is what management is all about, everyone sees right through the sham that it is. It's always been this way, pure arrogance. #wholefoodsmarket
