I'm really worried. Bonuses are all that keeps me around. Has anyone heard anything?

They tied profit sharing into the financial results last year. I suspect there will be no profit sharing this year either.
Bonus? Really? Well I hope you get something.
No bonus this year.
I really love my job, I love Follett for giving me a great career! Not a year goes by I don't send them a thank you card....
I think Follett will give us something? We all work very hard! I do think upper management would fight for us.
The more they cut my compensation, the more I cut my effort and commitment.
The bonuses died out with Neebo too. Except for upper level executives. On rare occasion one would receive 1k. Once they figure out they can get away with not paying bonuses, they won't do it again
Share price down 2.50 too. Family is not going to be happy
Should be worried the expected bonus for all the silly hours and over time needed to average over minimum wage. So sad to report those are basically gone for 90% + stores. No bonus but please continue the great work you are doing.
leadership has been clear that you can NEVER budget less than the previous year. In fact the accused previous employees of stealing from the company. Do you think sales will ever exceed last year again?
Lets hope the Follett family has it in their hearts again to give a subjective bonus, otherwise it is zero this year and likely in the future.
My guess is that bonuses are going to become rare and eventually taper away to nothing. Except for all the VPs and SVPs of course. I expect profit sharing to die too. All that money will go into the family's pockets. No inside knowledge, just a guess.
