Most of the posts that I've read about unionizing were from current employees, not former ones. So apples and oranges...
In my opinion, WFM leadership is still not addressing the underlying issues that are dragging us down. I don't have much confidence that things will change for the better.

I'm still angry about it, mainly because of the way it was handled, and I'm still employed. Just not much left to be said at this time. Im sure we'll be back on this board in droves as things continue to decline
