I am hearing no jobs in 2017.

Having a job and employer-covered medical insurance in 2016 is enough of a bonus for me.
Most likely we will have bonuses in 2016 and no merit raises again. That may change in 2017, but we are still on track to hit our aip goals for 2015. This maybe a simple way to look at it, but in my opinion, I believe since we went through with our Christmas party then we will get our bonuses in 2016. However, we waste more money than anyone I know. We have a brand new tower that is barely full, 3 gyms, 3 cafeteria's, over the top Christmas parties, way too many middle managers, doctor offices, I can go on forever.
You are retarded if you think there will be bonuses or raises. SMH
I hear no job by the end of 2016. F' the bonuses.
I can understand that since things are so bad. I work for my salary and the bonuses are great, but in tough times something has to give. The ability to get insurance is more important than a cash bonus. With that said they should pay the 2015 bonus in 2016, because many of the execs have said we are hitting our 2015 numbers and more. Come 2017 there may not be a bonus from 2016, and that can be understood.
