I was laid off in June this year - I just wonder how the transformation towards Agile is going? Just curious.

Agile = new buzzword, mostly. Agile this, scrum that. TGT Agile results in the next 'temporary' quick fix without real planning.
Too soon - on my team we have people who are 'transformed 'and now work in scrums but the rest of us continue to have many masters and are not allowed the luxury of one topic to focus on; they say that more change is coming but DMs/KMs haven't gotten around to figuring it out yet.
Ask in 12 months. It's way to early to tell.
Everything is wonderful now, we really wish you were here. All of the old problems no longer exist.
