Jana made a very bad investment decision. Now they are trying to coerce a financial engineering rescue. Here is some excellent free financial advice. Cut your losses and invest in the next best thing

Also karmic how an organization which is screwing with people's livelihoods for short term gain has actualized a long term loss of close to a billion dollars

If anything this probably helps make their case. Current BoD and Management are going to be seen as dead wrong and investors will go with the outside narrative that promises them a big cash out. Of course, Jana will be sure all their interest sticks with the IP licensing.

China was only the beginning, South Korea now, the EU and US will not be far behind. Then draw the curtains on this phony company.
