Anyone with talent and still at Target has one foot out the door. It will not take much more of the current nonsense for most to leave.

Most of TTS leaders that could have led throughout this transformation left or were let go for unknown reasons. We are left with incapable leaders and spiral downward.
End of January would make sense timing wise. No cuts until after xmas
TTS will get cut again, particularly mnpls. There is no way Target will fund 220 Scrum teams. Funding and priorities being established near end of fiscal year. There will not be enough work funded to keep everyone busy.
There will be clinic people at HQ and pharmacy people laid off in December or January for the most part due to the CVS buyout.
Target will never, ever lay anyone off again. Did I mention i have a bridge for sale?
