The lesser known is a mid-level company with more stability but has lower salary about $2000 less per month. I am confused and please advice without trolling.

Which job offers more opportunity in the area in which you hope to build your career? If you like putting Sh*t on Chips, go with QC; if what the other company is doing is more appealing and/or creative, take that job.
Keep your connections with the other company but get the Q job and wait for a short period of time till the next round of layoff. Grab the package and then join the other company.
Take qcom job, contrary to popular belief, it's not a sweat shop, easy job, can work minimal hours and leave early. There are some spots in qct that are sweat (and smell sweaty) shops - mainly in lab. Otherwise just join the rest of us, sandbag all your esimates to make sure you can leave at 4pm and you'll be good.
how can you expect serious replies when you have provided almost no information ?

How much will the tax take away from that 2000 USD a month?

How does that extra amount (minus tax) do for you? Do you really require it to trade for the other factors (instability, uncertainty, Qualcomm politics, etc)?

Which division/department in QCOM? Was it by any the chance the Galley Slave Sweatshop group in QCT? LOL!
