It's no wonder why Noble is in trouble. I would like to think that during a significant event, like a layoff, that the leadership team (or the "Executive Leadership Team" as they pompously call themselves) would be at the facility helping people work through the terrible situation. Canonsburg leadership was out HUNTING! Yes - they were out hunting on a supplier paid trip! While the people that they "care about" were getting laid off!!!! This clear lack of leadership, empathy, and direction, is the worst situation I have ever been associated with. No surprise that this organization is in trouble! Glad I don't work there anymore..... Happy that I was laid off. Feel sorry for the people stuck there!!
