And we are making soooooo much money on the Starbucks stores....... Not. Hours and traffic don't meet Starbucks standards, so almost all of those licenses are losing money bottom lines. Wastage is incredibly high for Follet stores. Not a lot of profit in running food service unless you really know what you are doing, have high standards, and good team training. Follett does non of those.
Food service business LOL.....where is Follett headed noone knows. A company in search of a business. Perhaps we franchise Subway shops and Little Caesars we have lots of experience in this area. Anyone know how many convenience stores Follett has shut down over the years?
Micromanager. Scatterbrained. Working til 10 pm at office does not equal smarts to do job. Didn't develop the food service business.
