Gavlik moving to Phoenix the rumor is real. Does anyone know how long until the Pittsburgh offices are closed.

Last year EDMC re-upped the lease.... what was the term does anyone know? This should be an indicator unless they plan to sub-lease the space like all the other Ai's
I heard the Walks are moving in with him and its going to be a new hit reality TV show called "The For Profits". Hershey is going to pop in every once in a while as the wacky gay neighbor. Clint will also guest star in the role of a human sized Oompa Loompa. Hough will play a grizzled ex-marine who slathers himself in barbeque sauce and drops some awesome fart jokes. Should be huge.
Obviously corporate can't close, but it is cheaper to do business out of Phoenix than Pittsburgh, and with the money dwindling and the enrollments down again, it makes fiscal sense to move HQ to a place where operations cost less.
This Gavlik is moving to PHX to run operations out of PHX rather than Pittsburgh because the company is a sinking ship? He would still be working for the same company.
