Could someone, with appropriate writing skills and interest, please write a book detailing the colossal f/up MM has unleashed on TTS and Tgt. Saving future generations of technical talent from this disaster would be a gift to humanity. Nothing against agile, just the mess we have and the cosequences to Target's future.

The keynote speaker at Tgt agile day was a little unsure about Target leadership decision to move 220 teams to Agile in one fell swoop. He is just an expert on agile, why should target leadership care what he thinks.....OMG, he is probably very, very....right!
In the last TTS standup, leadership actually felt really, really good about what they have done. They should all be comitted!!
Agile is a bottom up approach. Without a secure empowered team it will fail.
Agile used correctly where it is applicable with supportive management works great. Take it in your situation at least one item from the previous sentence is missing.
