Mgmt, especially at the corporate., is clueless when it comes to what goes at plants. All they care about are their own metrics and bonuses. This drives everyone nuts. You cannot run a company like this and this will cost ConAgra big time as something's gotta give. I've seen a few people leave because of this already, now they have layoffs in mind and that will make the situation even worse for us at plants. You never should forget who is making money for this company.

Management at plant level are clueless
I've spent a lifetime working at my plant, never seeh anything like this since conagra took over. They need to clean house from the top down. Put in people that care about the company and the people below them, they seem to only care about themself and act like bunch of nazis
The consumers are the ones who make ConAgra money not the plants. You get paid to do your job...seems fair to me.
Plants produce, the bureaucracy is consuming all value that plants add - layers upon layers of managment
