Changes over the past year have made it increasingly difficult (if not completely impossible) to find any trace of joy in the workplace. A lot lot of stress and tension is present, people are uncertain about what's going to happen. Overall, Conagra seems to have lost its way and thinks it can get back by eliminating most of the things that made the company an exceptional one...

I agree.....I don't know why businesses need to change. I mean look at Kodak and Blockbuster...they didn't change.
Good pay and good vacation policy - I cannot ask for more, I've seen worse. Layoffs suck but I understand why we need to do them
Well, we are not giving raises, no promotion, you cannot move, so, what's the point
