They degrade with low wages they outsource at a rate higher than any company then they kick you in the teeth with chronic lay offs I repeat where is the outrage why doesn't this get more press

It is really disgusting that this continues to happen and they are still allowed to keep sending jobs to India. I am a former employee that is thankful that I no longer work for State Street. I had a long career at State Street but was never properly compensated. They mostly give small pay raises that don't even cover the cost of living. My advice to anyone still working at State Street is to leave and find a job with a company were you will be appreciated.

State Street does its best to do stealth layoffs, laying off a few people at a time
to avoid the Press.
If State Street is suffering from high expenses they had no probably building a new
11 story building on the Boston Waterfront
