We're ready to walk out of this place! The whole shop is fed up with the lack of respect shown to us and the constant threats of layoffs. Grow some balls and get it over with already!! We have better things to do with our time than to make other people money while running ourselves into the ground for these low wages!!! Do it...Do it now!!!

Not just Conroe feels this way. The rest of us at other Conroe locations feel the same way. It's just an illusion....NOV doesn't give a rats a$$ about any of their employees ....if they did they wouldn't over indulge in big fat corporate bonuses, and all the excess corporate benefits the rest of us aren't privileged to. Don't run yourself into the ground for some big fat corporate guys who don't even know you exist.
