I would like to thank Noble Energy instead of bad mouthing them like so many others on this post have. Noble pays their employees a good wage and tries to develop a work life balance with programs like half day Fridays and a generous vacation policy. Gap and other programs are for helping employees build upon their skills and to become greater people than they are now. These outside programs are expensive and can carry a long term benefit if people give them the chance. Again, thank you Noble Energy for allowing to work their, paying my salary, and feeding my family for so many years.
