Bad management is its own worst enemy. Former managers hired buddies with no talent. He's gone but buddies still there and mucking everything up. WHY?? What are we scared of? Why does HR listen to crap complaints? Really?

Jealousy has nothing to do with this post. Obviously that is where Noble's money goes, to managers who do no work and make a killing off doing nothing. Sad that "swag" can't even spell you're* correctly and if you are a manager, you would think you'd have more class.
